I don't know what the recommended upload and download is for live, but I know I should be covered.

I have 5mb d/l and 500 u/l, yet any time I play co-op with just one other player, it hiccups constantly every second.  It's like everything freezes for a split second then moves for about a second, then does it again. It's playable but very annoying. I have tried with two different people, and its always the same.  I ask them if there having any problems, and they say no, it's fine.  I even let them be party leader, and no luck.

Any suggestions?
