Japanese Xbox Live Account

I know that there were a bunch of tutorials to set up an Japanese Xbox live account out there before, but all the ones I have found must have been made before they started requiring an address as well.  Does anyone know where I can find an address for setting up a Japanese Xbox Live account?

Right now I have the address for the pizza place that most of the tutorials were using the phone number from but some of it is in katakana and I think some is in Kanji.  I can figure out how to enter both katakana and hiragana, but not Kanji.  If someone could tell me how to do that, that would help too.  Thanks!

No replies at all? Anyone know if it is still possible to download japanese demos in the US?
