Ok hears the problem my cousin got a Modem for christmas so he can get xbox live in his room, we hooked up everything into the modem the cable, power cord, and the ethernet from the modem to the xbox. Turned it on all the lights lit up send, recieve, activity etc. So we went and tried to sign in and wouldn't let us. Went and tested the connection, eveything worked until it got down to the MTU, which failed. And we have no idea how to fix it, it has something to do with connection with the xbox live dianostic server? if anybody has any ideas let me know!

XBL is still having problems. Not good MS Xmas day and Boxing Day. all those new consoles wanting to sign up and they can't do it.
