Weird that you haven't been able to connect in a whole week. If happening with the newer console as well (arcade pack) then it might be you connection, ICMP, or maybe something implemented recently from your ISP is causing conflict with you xbox. But if down since last week then.Do a conection test and find out what fails the3n take it from there.
If you got and keep getting error codes like Y:XXXX XXXX (X=Replace with your #'s) from last week, that's a xbox live service issue (like servers down or maintenance) then i'd advise call xbox (they are idiots anyways) or check out the tech support section on the xbox.com site.
havnt tried calling but i know it wasnt a connection issue,
everytime i ran the test everything passed besides "LIVE"
i just tried it today......been playing on live since morning.......... ow and it works on both consoles!!!!!!!!
