O yea I phoned the xbox customer service and this asain lady talked to me and i could barley understand what she was saying, but i gave her my status codes and told her what was wrong and she said no one else has had this problem and then she gave me a number (1053288727) and I thought she wanted me to phone it or something.  She then told me somehting about 15 hours and keep my phone on...     Soo then I phone that number to find out its not a real number...
Can anyone help me?
And my status codes are :
W: 0000 - 000B
X: 0000 - F001
Y: 00A8 - E8E0
Z: 0000 - 0000

 

that number is just your support ticket number. the 15 hours is when live should be fine again.
status codes are a backend error on signing on, should be good now tho.

i just bought an arcade the other day because i thought i was banned, damnit, ive got it flashed too,

They should have updated the "Status" page ages ago, i havnt been able to login since last week!

oooow well, one for the bedroom i guess.

Weird that you haven't been able to connect in a whole week. If happening with the newer console as well (arcade pack) then it might be you connection, ICMP, or maybe something implemented recently from your ISP is causing conflict with you xbox. But if down since last week then.Do a conection test and find out what fails the3n take it from there.

If you got and keep getting error codes like  Y:XXXX XXXX (X=Replace with your #'s) from last week, that's a xbox live service issue (like servers down or maintenance) then i'd advise call xbox (they are idiots anyways) or check out the tech support section on the xbox.com site.

well i get a message that says connecting and then it says please change your gamertag cuz itz dumbass is no longer allowed which i am used to lol made me change it 5 times in one week before and then when i try to change it it takes me to the screen then takes me back to a screen that says you can only access the xbox live marketplace if you are signed in so idk what the hell is up with that one right there lol i click ok then try to resign in and then it just loads for a while till i click stop and then it it completely signs me out so yeah i havent been able to get on within the last 24 hrs

I tried to sign in last night just after about 7:00 and it wouldn't let me sign in,so then i did test connection and everything was fine except for the xbox live tab(it said failed).So then i was freaking out cause I thought i was banned,but then i saw the news on this sight.

But the xbox live service status on xbox.com says it's up and running but I tried to recover my gamertag(it's at my friends house) and everything went fine until the loading bar got about half way and then it said that I can't connect to live right now and it went back to the dashboard(the weird thing is though,after it went back to the dashboard it said "4 friends online" with no Gamertag above it...?)
