Xbox Live Issues With Wireless Internet Service Provider

I apologize if this is long, but here is the problem.   I live in an area where I can not get cable or DSL.  I signed up with a Wireless Internet Service Provider 8 months ago called "Netchange".    I have no problem with internet useage but I can not play Xbox Live.    The Xbox Live test shows everything fine but when I try to play a game and/or voice chat, I can not connect to other players.    I can connect to Xbox Live and download games and updates, but can't play any online games.    My WISP recently changed its IP address from private to public but I still have the same problem.  Alitte background on my WISP.    They use a Canopy Wireless Antenna (Model:   900SM).  I have it mounted on a 40ft telephone.   I am approximately 2 miles away from tower.  The type of router "Netchange" uses is a SysCo Router.    My download speed is 1624 kbps, my upload is 529 kbps, and ping is 69 ms.   I am open to any suggestions.   Thanks for your help in advance.
