OK, so I just got my 360 today and plugged it all in. Turned it on and said I wanted to create an Xbox Live account. It said it couldn't connect so I made it do a test. Everything was confirmed working until Xbox Live which failed with the following error codes:
W: 0000 - 000B
X: 0000 - F001
Y: 00C2 - 03C0
Z: 0000 - 0000
Please help, thanks a lot.

Hey everyone.

Well I have an error code thing, and it fails at the MTU.

Here's the code:
W: 0000-0021
X: 0000-F001
Y: 0000-0000
Z: 0000-0000

It has been down for me for 4 days now. So now I'm coming to this place for help. Just in case it matters, I use a wireless thing to hook up to the internet.

I got a problem when i try to sign in to xbox live.
Sometims when i try to sign in i get connection, but most of the time i get an error message: Can't connect to Xbox LIVE. When i test my connection i often get MTU - Failed. What can i do? (i use wireless connection) Staus codes:

I dont see this code on any list and i ahve no idea what it means. Every test passes except the xbox live test

Poor us, we have the same exact problem. Hahaha, well I went to the official forum and they said that I should call the company and ask instead...

Hey folks. I have a modded 360 but it hasnt been online since well before the last update. went to turn it on a few weeks back and it wont let me online. The tests pass everything except XBL heres my codes

W: 000-000B
X: 0000-F001
Y: 00AB -6820
Z: 8015-190D

I didnt install the last update and the system worked perfect in November. Any ideas?

I have xbox live issues aka 'Technical Configuration Error' and it has only been happening since christmas before then I could be on hours without issue.


I have some status codes:

w:0000-0000
x:0000-F001
y:30A8-4840
z:0000-0000

could somebody help solve them for me please I would really like to know the exact problem of this issue?

I just picked up a second hand 360 today... It was tested out in front of me as far as games working on it but not on Live. My stupid fault really. I've got it home tonight and just tried to connect:

Can someone please confirm my suspicion that this is a banned console please??

Sorry to inform you mate, but your xbox is banned...  

Just got of the phone with xbox support, and they informed me that my xbox was banned. And I get the same error codes as u....  

Now I wonder if I should by me a new xb360 or a ps3.....

I been having the same problems as this guy. I also noticed that it's only been lately. I used to play for hours without getting disconnected. I'm going to go insane!

anyone had this happen to them , sent my xbox 360 away as it had the 3 RROD

got it back today , they replaced motherboard as expected but not my dvd rom, which is flashed ,

but i cant connect to xbox live now, fails on test at "xbox live section" and i get the following status codes
