IVE HAD MY 360 AROUND 2 MONTHS & HAVE BEEN ONLINE FINE UNTIL THE UPDATE CAME ON - IM NOT SURE IF ITS BECAUSE IT DIDNT INSTALL PROPERLY ORRR.. BUT I RANG MICROSOFT & THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BECUASE WHEN I PRESS TEST CONNECTION EVERYTHING IS CONFIRMED & CONNECTED! I AM CONNECTED BY ETHERNET TO A ROUTER AS MY VIRGIN MEDIA MODEM ISNT WIRELESS & I NEED IT FOR MY LAPTOP & MY INTERNET IS WORKING FINE - EVERYTHING IS WORKIN PER USUAL EXCEPT FOR WHEN I TRY & SIGN IN TO XBOX LIVE - WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING MICROSOFT, VIRGIN MEDIA & GAME HAVE TOLD ME TO DO??
PLEASE HELP

#1 - STOP YELLING.

#2 - You didn't even say what your particular problem was.

#3 - If you had looked in the other threads, you'll see what plenty of other people are having a ton of problems, too. See the "Xbox Live Functions Freezing Since Update" in particular.

my xbox signs me in but will not connect to xbox live, even though the connection is fine, it says xbox live is unavailable, i have rang customer care & they dont know what to do really! so im sorta stuck, ive been told to wait 24hrs twice and ring back tomorrow. but i got told that yesterday....

Have you failed at the Xbox Live section?  Are you running back ups?
