HI!

Anybody else expereincing severe freezing problems since the update?

On the Xbox Live dashboard when I click on any of the categories it freezes and I have to reset the console.

It says I have friends online I click on the friends icon and it Freezes like an iceberg.

Just been trying to set up parties on Call of Duty 4. Freezes and chucks everone off.

I have spoken to 2 of my friends exact same problem.

My xbox is NOT modified.

........good news about the divx tho.

i have been getting the same problem on cod4 and so have my friends, seems like another rubbish microsoft update

same problem here, also the xbox live menu and markey place blade have a egg timer icon

Yup, COD4 has been doing the same thing with me


Actually, anytime i would try to play something other than private matches it has said "Player Kicked" even before i did the update

Don't think it has anything to do with the update. I found it hard as hell to get anything going on Call Of Duty 4 this past Saturday (would say match is about to begin, then just hang there).

Mine locks up when I cut it on, and anytime I press any button.  Worked OK for an hour or two earlier except for a few hiccups(freezes) here and there, but the last 2 - 2 1/2 hours have been furked.  Hell, for about thirty minutes I couldn't even get to the dashboard, just got the x360 w/the spinning dots around it in the center of the screen.  Thanks micro$hit for another FUBAR'ed update. Happy horrible gameplay for the next 10 days.

P.S. - COD4 is impossible after this update.  It was picky enough as it was, but now......

Yup I can't play COD4 either ;....[  DAMN U MICRO$OFT!!!!!!!

It's not just COD4. It's happening to me on xbox live arcade.

My CoD4 is broken as well. I played a game of Halo 3, BTB CTF, and it was glitchy as HELL. When you jumped, occasionally you would do a 50 foot jump, and our Elephant base kept jiggling around, and at least twice flew around like a Mongoose hit by a rocket. It was kinda funny, but also annoying.

yep me and a few mates were all having the same problem last night, it crap that microsoft cant even getthe update right, and has anyone notced the dashboard is more sluggish after this update? thought the new features were supposed to make it easier but there is too many different menus you need to go through now to get to arcade and stuff like that. why dnt they just install vista, would be easie lol

same with me when i do the update. frezzing frezzing thats all it did. so i called microsoft they send me a new one the only problem is i lost all of my memory . halo 3 and cod 4 . they need to fix this.
