Xbox Live Down?

I get an error saying "Cannot connect to XBOX Live at this time."

Anyone else getting it?

I have the same error from like a week now. I simply cannot connect to xbox live or even recover my gamertag. Hell i can even create a new one.

What might be the problem? I have it on a router but the firewall is off. What might be the problem?
