Halo 1 over xbox LIVE will never happen, the game would have to be re-coded and re-released, and why would they do that when Halo 3 just got released? it would just damage halo 3 sales

I think this is a great idea but ill be surprised if its not USA only

NEVER happen huh well thats what we said about divx on 360 but now they're thinking of getting it on the 360 so i dont know about NEVER

i like the downloadable xbox1 games.

but i already purchased carcassonne and the available extensions.
so, what about people like me already owning the free stuff?
do we get our money/points back, or another arcade game for free?
does anybody know?
well, if its usa only, then it doesnt matter to me anyway...

theres been rumors of it, but that is a completely different situation. adding DiVX support is completely up to Microsoft, where as adding Live capability's to and old outdated game is up to Bungie, and as they are not apart of MGS anymore, it is very unlikely to happen. and why would that do something to hurt Halo 3 sales? that would just be stupid. It is Defiantly not gonna happen

Or if they are going to do something for those of us whose 360 is off for repairs? Seems like they should just award the points this game costs to everyone to do what they want with. There would be less bitching, Maybe....

All sounds good, the real thing we all want to know about this update though is, what is the backup detection going to be like? is it going to be updated to wipe out all us people with iXtreme 1.2 or are we safe still? i would buy a new console if i thought i was going to be lacking xbox live over christmas.

this is a very good idea for people that never got to play some of the classic xbox games but will this work with a VGA cable, will you be connected to live when playing an xbox classic game? as with arcade?

for 1200 point are games going to work 100%? with no slowness

are they going to conpress the games to be smaller like repace video with mpeg4, most xbox games are around 2gb each

with all this space we are going to need microsoft needs to bring out a xbox home server to save these games, your save files and tvshows you download

Yea thank you, this is xbox-scene after all. It's the UPDATE we should all be interested in, downloadable xbox 1 games, ok nice but old news just a new/legit way to do it, and with a measly 20 GB HD most people have come on! MS wheres the info what Dec 4th will bring with the update, and why 30+ days later than usual? Is the Ban Hammer coming haha?

they will probly add games that are not oc the bc list to sell em hehe. but yea most classics you can get the disk for 5 bucks used anymore. and i think everyone with a elite or 120gb hd just jumped for joy. lol us 20 gigers will be limited.
