Possible Bans For Update On December 4th 2007?

Just wanted to know if anybody out there knows if they plan on banning consoles after the December 4th update? I got banned back in may and i just recently got back on live..took me a few months to raise the money for a new xbox dont want to have to do it again.. thanks in advance

if you have a modded system, you ALWAYS run the risk of being banned. no one knows what the 12/4 update will bring, so only speculation can be offered. the answer is that no one knows. topic closed.
