There is currently a very little chance that you will be banned as long as you use the latest iXtreme firmwares wink.gif

There is no guaranty that you wont get banned though

Yes, i know what you mean by legal copy, but even with a legal copy since your using a hacked firmware there is a chance you can still get banned. Though so far the iXtreme firmware has been doing really good in keeping us with flashed drives online.

As for the updates....Sooner or later you will have to update your console because as newer games come out im sure some will have some updates on them that you have to install before you can play the game.

no he means game updates that are available from microsoft... you HAVE to download them or it wont let u play on live...

My spin on it is this......

All the experts thought we were safe with v5.3 firmware and then ixtreme v1.2 offered further protection.

MS is not going to tip their hand easily...  Just like last time.. we are NOT going to know if the firmware is safe until after we are already banned...

Everyone was POSITIVE MS would never ban consoles before the bans happened...

Just like everyone believes iXtreme v1.2 is perfectly safe...

Well just like the scene finds loopholes in MS security... MS can find detection methods for our stuff...

YOU HAVE A MODDED CONSOLE YOU MUST ACCEPT THE RISK OF BEING BANNED IN THE FUTURE PERIOD.

Basically its gonna be a war between MS and C4E

They will continue to figure out ways to out due eachother and some people will be banned.  It wont stop till someone throws in the towel.
