When recovering my gamertag what exactly is being downloaded? Can I recover achievements as well? I could try for myself but I don't want to risk losing my achievements.. Thanks in advance for any reply's

It is downloading your account info such as ur marketplace downloads , how many microsoft points u have, ur achievements and stuff like that.
