Keep Getting Booted To Connection Screen (halo 2)

For some reason I keep getting sent to the connection "blue" screen in the middle of a match. Right before it happends, everyone freezes, and then it sends me to that screen. Sometimes I will get completely booted from the game, and sometimes I won't. I don't lose connection at any other time, only during a match. If anyone has any idea as to the cause of this, i'd greatly appreciate it if you would please let me know. Thanks
