Buying A Used 360, Gamer Tag Question.

Hello Xbox-scene its been awhile...

I'm about to buy a used Xbox via Craigslist.  Are their any issues I might have registering my own gamer tag???

 I've heard stories about how anal Microsoft is with pre-owned console owners....

I think every 360 is limited to 3 new accounts (if you want 1 month live gold), if you cannot create tag in 360, just register on xbox.com and transfer the tag.
