Will New Firmware "unban" Me?

Last night i got banned, yeah..thats right.  I have had the same mod on my xbox for over a year now and I havn't touched my xbox 360 in a few months but last night i decided to boot her up.  Little did i know......I got the good old Z: 8015-190D.  Right away i knew that I would be de-lived forever.  But then i look in the usual places and I see a new firmware for my Hitachi came out stating that it will

"Defeats all current and some future Xbox Live detection attempts"

Now it makes me think, and like most people on here (I HOPE) i looked around and found out that this is M$ way of saying thank you for f'n us over for the past year or so.  Well as usual since my xbox 1 days i never used Live but the 360 kinda makes this hard.  So i have a few questions that I have not seen on here so far.

1) Will this new firmware bypass M$ Live checks? Even after you have been banned?

2) If a game requires you to update or something along those lines is it getting the update off the game or off the Inet, if it's it Inet and im banned will I get the update to play the game?

So yeah there are my questions, if anyone has an answer then please post.  I have been doing this for a long time and well all i have to say is this... Live is over rated  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/muhaha.gif)

If you are banned, then your banned. There is no way around it. No amount of calling MS and complaining will help and neither will a new firmware(unless you get a new console), and then its a crap shoot as well. No one can say 100 % that the new firmware will work forever.

Meh, like i said not having live will not get my life as we know it as im sure when this happend everyone was crying!!!  Just really worried about the game update thing, any clue on that one?
