Modded-console To Factory-console

I just bought an un-modded core console for use with XBL.

My modded console has a harddrive that Ive been using with the mod for the past 8 months. All my the gamesaves on this harddrive were created while using my backups. So I have two questions:

1) Will I get banned if I use the 1 hdd interchangeably between 2 consoles (mod and non-mod), while making saved games from a backup?

2) Is it safe to copy my gamertag on a memory card from my modded xbox, and periodically update my achievements through xbox live on the non-modded console?

1)I'm pretty sure that switching the hdd between them will not get any of them banned.
2)I've been using a memory card between my modded and un-modded console and I haven't ran in to any problems with banning.

thanks for the insight here... I would hate to buy a brand new console in an effort to avoid getting banned, and then have something stupid-simple get me banned like using savegames & gamertag profiles interchangeably between a mod and a non-mod.

Does anyone else have any experience with this?
I tried to search the forums, but its such a specific concern, so I wasn't really able to find anything (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

both are safe, however at the current time a second system isn't needed as you won't get banned from live as long as your using the ixtreme firmware and properly stealthing your backups.

i would personally put the 2nd 360 in a closet in case the mod box has an  unfortunate encounter with a future ban scheme. (or possibly try what i do and just let a family member borrow it temporarily)
