New 360 Premium To Go On Live

Not a problem with the new XBOX, ban is against the box not the account.  dry.gif

Also hard disk is transferable, some downloaded (paid) content may not be accessable from the new console. XLA games for example. Savegames, etc are OK

I have just gone and got myself a new core system and about to transfer all my live stuff over  tongue.gif

Do you have to wipe Hard Drive on banned system before transferring to new system. Seem to be reading conflicting info.
Just want to make sure before I buy new system as don't want  to use old hd then get my new on banned after shelling out a lump of cash!!!

You shouldn't have to wipe the hard drive. Thinking about it, using your hard drive on a different Xbox, why would they ban that Xbox?  It will be completely unmodified, and so there will be no reason to ban.

So long as it wasn't modified or illegal content on your hdd that got you banned in the first place you should be fine.

You can ignore the doomsday noobs around that are saying otherwise, there have been plenty of people who have transfered their hdd over and are fine.

The Xbox 360 serial is banned not the peripherals, you can use what you want to use on the other, at the theory just the mainboard was banned ... enjoy
