I apologise if this has been asked before.I've looked around and couldn't find my answer. I have 2 Xbox's.Ones banned now and the other is brand new.

My question is will I get banned on my new xbox if I recover a gamertag linked to another country? Also, Will I be able to play Aegis wing that's on my hard drive from the banned console on the new one without it banning my main account which is a UK one?

I think that doesn't mather if your gonna recover the gametag.... because the game tags are not baned (hehe). I dont know if Aegis Wing is downloaded with a back-up game or just trough marketplace demo download. If it is download trough a back-up game I'll raether think twice but it makes non since if you get band because of that.
