 we all should have seen this coming though. spring update, the "delay" with crackdown (I think that 12 hour delay had something to do with this), plus the fact that it's halo 3, the biggest release...these were all signs something was going to happen.
a little off-topic but I just realised, me and my neighbour are both using modded xbox's and were playing halo together. in the lobby with him and another guy, my name started flashing and I couldnt start a game, it was saying "retrieving files from xbox live". a few minutes later i was fine and then the same thing happened to my friend. next day we're both banned....

I got banned too.  I however rarely played against other players on LIVE and honestly I will miss having access to the Marketplace, MSN and XBLA.
