Could Marketplace Content Be Used To Detect Drive Info

The most recent things I downloaded on LIVE was the:

Crackdown - God Mode
Arcade - Aegis

Also I'm using a MS25 updated prior to the Spring update to X5.3.

Either way it seems that the NME chips are safe, so Im guessing I will be buying one very soon. Backups off live and originals on live
