Renting Or Purchasing From Seller-copier => Ban?

Someone on another site suggested originals may have a unique signature, and if -thru renting, if a first person rented it and made a backup- two or more online players may send same signature online and be marked as to ban (even if not using modified console).

Do we know if all originals are physically completely identical?
