Japanese Gamertag

I made a fake Japanese gamertag recently so I could download the armored core 4 demo off their marketplace.  Anyways, I remember reading about M$ banning those accounts for doing that due to issues with the DRM and region issues.  If that gamertag gets banned I dont really care, but will my whole console or main USA gamertag get banned for having this demo downloaded?
