yeah hes getting to be a bit of a pain now, saying he would own my *ss anyday and asking to race him again, i told him why should i waist my time, and he goes on saying im just a scared *itch etc etc,

i got no complaints on racing him again but i wont as i hate bad losers and also nasty jelious people, god hes even changed his motto to my "ive owned (my names) ass" god how imature

Shitheads like that are nothing more than "telephone tough guys." No one needs that kind of aggravation. Do not retaliate by sending him equally-offending messages. File a formal complaint against that person. I hope you've kept the message(s) he's sent you so an Xbox rep can look into the situation.

It would be nice if there was a website that listed all the a$$holes on live so you can blist them. Though, I suppose this wouldn't work well seeing as there are probably worse people who would blame the innocent.
