I have my 360 all set up for live and I can download and play 360 games over live and whatnot.

However when I try to play Xbox 1 games it makes me download the updates which I know you need to do so I download them, then it says there is an urgent message for you can't play this game until you have read it, so it gives me the option to either not play via xbox live or go to account management.

I checked account management and there is nothing in there or in my messages, I've checked my email, Xbox.com and everything, no help.

Please help, I only have like 20  days left before I have to buy it.
