I'd like to explain my problem - I bought X360 in October 2006 (manufactured sometime in August 2006) and haven't any problems with it. When, at 30.11.2006 new update has been released, I've been kinda afraid to apply it
But what can you do on 360 without Live anyway? Then I've decided to do it - somewhere around month ago... and then problems started (actually one problem).
When I want to Sign-In to XBOX Live! dashboard says it can't and recommends to make connection test. So, I'm following it, signing out (as it is required), and test are completed successfully. Then I can Log in normally (otherwise it's not possible).
Is there anyone with such problems? It's not that big deal, but requires precious (to everyone I think) time.
To clarify the situation: my console isn't modified , it's connected to Internet via ICS (bridged connection in Windows XP). It has been working fine up to the time of update.
