I had similar problems with the same movie... Literally took 2 days to download.  Then when I go to play it, if I try to FF, pause, chapter skip, anything I get a "status code (wierd code)" and have to start the movie from the beginning.  I finally decide to just watch it straight through and not touch anything, and right at the climax of the movie up pops the status code.  I was pissed.   I called support who didn't even try to troubleshoot the problem.  The just refunded me for the movie, and wanted me to download it again for the original price.  I told them no way, and that I wasn't getting any more movies from them.

PS.  Still haven't seen the end of superman.
