Trouble With Dashbord Update

Hey I just came back to my apt. from winter break and I need to update my dashboard and everytime I try to download it i get to about 25% done then it fails i think it keeps timing out any ideas what might be causing this? It has worked fine the last 5 months.

Have you got any firewalls running?? If so turn them off!!

No I don't have any fire walls running Like I said it's weird cause right now I have not changed any of my settings and it worked fine for the last 5 months I never had any issues updating it before and now all of a sudden it won't do it.
