Can't Connect To Xbox Live?

Just went to connect to Live to play some Gears of War, and it won't connect.  Worked fine earlier today, and when I do the network test, the MTU fails.

Any ideas?

cable isnt loose or anything.

checked the error status report for the MTU:

W: 0000 - 000B
X: 0000 - F001
Y: 0000 - 0000
Z: 0000 - 0000
