Can Open Xbmc, But Can't Do Anything

I'm having a problem. I have a Xenium ICE chip, and I burned a movie to my Xbox, and I put it in my F drive (where the Game's directory is too). I don't really know how to play it, so I go to Xbox Media Center, and I see this little box in the bottom right corner. It says "DB" on it, and it has a slider that I can move left to right. I have absolutely no idea what it is, and I can't do anything in XBMC at all, so it is really annoying. I'm trying to watch a movie and have no idea how to do it any other way.

..what the hell? I pulled out the second controller and that solved it.

the db i the volume control, u control it with the right thumbstick, my best guess is your second controller was upside down or had something on top of it so it kept pressing the right thumbstick, if it is pressed down than you cannot do anything until it is released   <
