So I had this working previously, but disconnected the 360 from live since I had it flashed. So I am trying to get my internet sharing working again, I must have a setting incorrect.
I have 2 nics in my PC and 1 hub. The DSL is hooked to NIC1, the hub is hooked to NIC2 with the 360 connected to the hub.

ICS turned on for NIC1 - IP 69.x.x.x
NIC2:
IP 192.168.0.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway blank
DNS blank

360
IP 192.168.0.3
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1
DNS 192.168.0.1

Testing connection gets DNS error on the 360

I have also tried setting to auto and it pulls and IP but get's a DNS error.

I know I have something configed incorrectly. Any idea?

I have mine setup like this.  
Cable modem to Router,
Nic 1 to Router,
nic 2 to xbox360.

Highlight both nic connections and select Bridge Connections.  Thats about it, pc must be on if you want 360 to get on live.
