If your setup was working before and now all of a sudden you're getting this problem, then try a simple router reset. Disconnect your router, wait about 5 minutes and then reconnect it (if you use a router of course). Your router distributes the IP address to your console after you turn it on if you use a Dynamic IP. I had this exact problem with my regular Xbox a couple days ago and the router reset fixed it.
