Can't Change My Gamer Pic

I've tried several times to change my gamer pic in the past (Xbox Live Gold, on 360). As you can tell I've got the Gears of War red skull, but any time I got to change it, it shows the new one on the gamer pic screen, but as soon as I go anywhere else it's back to the red skull. Is it a glitch with this picture? Am I retarded?

weird, are you sure you are accepting your new gamerpic and not just changing it and then backing out? If you are sure your accepting it, give MS a call to see if this is a common problem or if its just you.

Figured it out, sort of. I just can't use the Nacho Libre Gamer Pics for some reason (even tried re-downloading). I think there are several others that don't work either. Oh well, I guess Beast will have to do.
