you can, every user needs their own seperate gold account and sign on with it and then the mic will work

One of two things would happen.

1. If you tried to sign on when he was already on it wouldn't let you connect

2. It would sign him off and let you sign on and tell him that he was signed off because he signed in at a different location

You cannot be signed in at two places at the same time.
