you want to monitor your Xbox's downloading speed? on your Xbox360? or what.

i think he just wants to see what the download speed is for things that he is downloading on his 360.

You could probably use a bandwidth monitor like :
http://www.bandwidthmonitorpro.com/

on your pc to see (just make sure your pc is not downloading anything or else that would have to be factored in as well.)

bandwith monitor pro, or sygate personal firewall pro doesnt show me speeds from the xbox..
