i would really like to flash my drive and then be playin xbox live, but i also dont really want my system to be banned.......any suggestions?

well i care about online gaming more, but for now people are playing online with flashed firmware and i never heard of any1 get banned for it yet.... so was thinking i should flash it and start the gaming and if i ever hear of any1 get banned for this.... to unflash mine. any1 agree?

in theory that works, but do you play your 360 everyday? i'd be very surprised if you didn't play your 360 and get banned before it was known around the scene that they flipped the switch to start detecting. i think your options are the following.

1. leave your 360 alone, no ban worries
2. flash your firmware, and play on live unbanned, and hope for the best if/when they start detecting firmware
3. get a 2nd 360 and have one modded, one retail for live
