Bad Connection On Xbox Live

i have a BEFW11S4 ver.4 linksys router and i have two 360s hooked up to it ,two live accounts and one pc
but when someone one the pc downloads somthing it makes the 360s lag samething happens when i go to myspace it lags i called linksys they said to lower the mtu but it didnt work so i need help

Whats your connection speed?  Perhaps when the person downloading stuff on the pc it is using up all your bandwidth.  If that is the case, I would just either not download while I play xbox live, or get a download manager and set limits on the amount of bandwidth it uses.

A better way would be to setup QOS, but I do not know if your router supports it.

if your having problems with lag when your comp is surfing the net clearly you have bandwidth issues. your router is going to split your connection among everything on the network, and there is only so much bandwidth to go around. try to limit what your computer is doing and make sure to stop any p2p programs as they will more then likely be uploading, and your upload speed is going to be capped MUCH lower then your download speed is so there is less to bandwidth to work with.

try setting up Quality Of Service in your routers administration, this will allow your router to prioritize packets for live over everything else and it should help.
