Problems When Downloading Demos

I usually quit the download at 66% or whereever it seems to be taking forever.

Then I restart the download and it resumes where it left off (probably a little higher than 66%)
I have just accepted and dealt with this.

There have been two demos that I have not been able to finish downloading, Moto GP and The Outfit.  They get to a certain percent then it says "download could not be completed blah blah.  I attempt to resume but it just keeps doing the same thing.  Deleting the partial file does nothing as well.  I've even tried deleting other demos and it still does the same thing.  I have plenty of space too.  It's really pissing me off.  As far as I know there is no fix for it.
