all I know is I sure as hell am NOT connecting to XBL until others have experienced the "upgrade"..
last time we did that the demo disc was blocked.. and NOBODY saw that coming....
even though it most likely will be inevitable due to the upgrades demanded by the games on the disc's themselves.. but time will tell..

Eveyone seems to be speculating about content, but we already know that the XBLive servers don't need to go down to post content.    I'd guess that they are increasing the amount of servers.  I doubt they'd want to see a big "Could not connect to server" or "Could not find any games" messages popping up on the big screen at E3.

Wasnt it sometime around now last year that they shut down xbox live for a day for standard maintence. It might not be realated to E3 at all but chances are it is. I just hope its worth the downtime. Also what time will it be back up, tommorow or later tonight?

I purchased Marketplace points some time ago and now they are showing up again as an authorization in my bank account. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else since its been down, like maybe an error.
