Hey guys, I just wanted to give you all a headsup. I just got off the phone with xbox live customer service and there was a problem when they brought the system back up online. Some people got charged for Marketplace points that never orderd them. I was checking my back account online and saw that i was charged $50 from MS. So i called. The first guy was a tool and didnt know anything, he didnt even know the servers were down all day. The second guy was helpful. He got in touch with a supervisor and he let me know that they've gotten a number of calls about the issue and they are going to address it. Id suggest to check and make sure you dont have more Marketplace points than your supposed to have and if you do call them ASAP to get it taken care of.
