ok, i have had 2 hard modded xboxs banned off live. i  just bought a 360 and made an account for halo2 on live. i just made another account on the same credit card as the banned one. So i have made this account on the 360 and it has got a match making ban in about 6 hours. i thought i might be the credit card so i made a free account on it and the same thing happend, i have no clue why i am getting randomly banned can some one help me??

They probably are banning all accounts on your IP.  Unplug your cable modem for 15-30 minutes, and shazam, new ip.
