Please help i dount know were els 2 turn i have a bt broudband line with a 2mb service but i keep getting disconected from a liv e game mainley perfect dark it does not seem 2 want 2 conect 2 eny game outside of the uk or if there is more than 4 people on it allso nfs mostwanted i keep getting disconected from that 2 these games worked fine on telewest broudband but iv now moved house iv tryed going wirless and wired and im still getting the same problems iv called bt up 4 times they say there are no problems with the line but really they seem 2 know fu*k all about this they say 2 call xbox but its not the xbox in my mind but what do u guys think im really desparate for an anser here please help im based in the uk.kind regards steven.

are you useing a longer cable than you were before?

No its wirless allso iv tryed  wied as well but still the same.

check your firewall settings on your router and make sure the NAT is open not moderate or strict. it says when you do the network set-up. also

what sort of router are you using?

take everything out of the equation except your 360 and cable modem.
wire into that bad boy.

If problems go away, you know what to monkey around with.
If you still have the same problems, you know the router and wireless are okay.

Is your connection extremely slow on your actual computer when on xbox live?  Or does your internet connection actually drop for an extended period while on live or in real life?  If those are yes or even one please reply I believe I had the same problem and can maybe help.
