If you have read things before, there patch fixed single player game save glitch.  The next patch will solve the online problems "everyone" is having.

No wonder they banned your account. Nobody will take you seriously if you act like a child, and put no effort into an email. I'm surprised they even bothered to respond to you.

If you send them a serious email then they'll be more helpful.
