MS are a bunch of lieing F**kers they sead they were going to ring me back 3 times and never did my xbox is crashing iv f**king given up with them iv spoken 2 somone and they say by law i can have a refund from game or a replacement but im arguing it out with game a the moment sorry for going on and on but i hat MS but love the 360 sorry i carnt be eny help kind regards steven.

is it a new console?  or a used one?  refurbished?  repaired from rrod?   has it ever been on live?  is it modded or has it ever been modded?

im tring to figure this one out myself too
