have u got a gold acount or have u got the month gold free it may have ran out allso did u buy a gold membership before ur gold 1 month trail had expired becouse somtimes u can register a 12 month gold and then it reverts back 2 silver its a kind of fult maybe ring up MS hope this helps.regards steven.
