Here at the XBL we are the people who used their ladders & finally decided a place needs to be created that can be more then Just a ladder , a official community to everyone who plays Live competively & is interested in becoming a professional gamer or having a sponsored Team, or if your just looking to have alot of fun playing against other teams. Whatever your preference is you will find it here. TheXBL.com will have the Biggest Tournaments , the biggest payouts.. All free of charge to you the gamer. We have been working close with our sponsors explaining to them our Goal and they agree with us it is time to give back to the Gamers
TheXBL is a Ladder system designed & run by a core group of gamers who are dedicated to giving Clans & gamers the best possible online completive experience. This site is going to launch June 6th 2006 and we are a completely Non Profit Organization looking to make NO money from our members. Our staff has been working hard since 2002 too bring this amazing product to you. We are sponsored by GameStop , Red Bull & Ubisoft with many more affiliates & sponsors to come. The ladder system itself will be as close to perfect as it can get.. Featuring every possible option you could imagine & want. This site is being professionally designed by www.innatemediagroup.com with custom coding & a completely new fresh ladder design concept by our core group of gamers who have been using XBOX Live ladder systems for the last 3 years.
The Staff
The Staff is a group of gamers who are all working together to achieve the same Goal. Each staff members, including ADMINS , MODERATORS , The Street team , Ref's will all have a Feedback system. Based on your reviews it will be determined if there the correct person for there role in there division. Our staff will consist of over 40 ready & able to Give you the best possible Online Ladder Experience.
The Teams
The teams of the XBL unlike the teams of other sites hold the power to mold & shape the ladders individually as the community see's fit. Each Team will have a Huge Part in the creation of new ladders and the rules surrounding them. This includes rules & regulations for both open season & playoffs. Once you join our site you only have to Create 1 team for the site in general. No longer will you have to create multiple teams for multiple ladders...1 team , 1 site 1 overall top ten list. Our Goal is to make teams get Pro. We are looking to sponsor several teams in our first season. Gamestop & RedBull will be sponsoring several teams as well. UBISOFT has also announced that they will be selecting a official Rainbow Six 5 teams & a official Ghost Recon 3 Team. Those teams will be chosen based on Season 1 performance and the teams attitude and ability to travel to represent UBISOFT around the nation
House Rules
Each Ladder will have there own standard house Rules. All rules are negotiable if both teams agree.
Season Play - Each season will be 14 weeks long with a 2 week playoff period. Top 64 teams in Reg Season advance to playoffs.
Playoffs will have Standard rules decided by the Teams playing the game that are non negotiable.
Disputes- If a match is brought to a dispute , either team must provide evidence to prove there case and a Ref will call a choice. If no evidence is provided then no decision can be made. The Match will be REPLAYED from the beginning with a Ref in the MATCH.
Subs - Subs are allowed if both teams agree other wise its a Standard 3 sub Official Rostered Player Limit.
The Rules Will be quite simple yet highly effective.
