Can Someone Tell Me What To Do Here

Ok i filled out all the info and stuff for Live and i just went and clicked the button and its been creating the account for about 25mins its still not done....this seems jsut a little odd to me wanted to kno if anyone could help on this please ASAP cuz i realy dont want to reenter all that info
