He's talking about the Pass Code.  You can only set it by going to Account Management.  I called the 1-800 and the guy told me that at the moment they didn't have a fix.

Um, is it anything like the first xbox? Login, and then go to password protect my account or whatever again. That says nothing about disabling it? Try entering a blank password or something?

Yeah, it's exactly like the original Xbox where you have to choose a password that you enter with the controller (up, down, a, x) that is 4 characters long. I've tried resetting it and I even called the 360 tech support #, but the solution they gave me didnt work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
