i dont know possibility they suspended your account due to it being inactive? whens the last time you signed onto xbox live? did your system connect to xbox live? could be router or computer related to.. just my thoughts

yea im gettin that same stupid message, if i have to change my gamertag i am gonna be soo pissed.... So does anyone who has gotten a new one know if they give u the time remaining on your current account because I have about 2 months left....????

I finally got mine working.

-Make a new Passport.
-Recover your tag the "old fashioned" way when it asks you to by pressing Y.
-Enter your new passport.
